儿童EB病毒抗体检测与EB病毒感染相关疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨EB病毒(EBV)抗体检测在儿童EB病毒相关疾病中的意义。方法:应用间接免疫荧光法检测120例病例的EBV特异性抗体及抗体亲合力。结果:在120例儿童EBV感染患儿中,以血液系统疾病为多,其次是心血管、呼吸、消化系统疾病;入院时血清EBV抗体反应存在多种类型,抗EBV-CA-IgM阳性率达90.8%,随着时间推移,EBV特异性抗体及抗体亲合力出现相应的变化。结论:EBV四种抗体及亲合力检测在EB病毒感染相关疾病诊断中很有价值。有助于相关疾病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗。Objective To explore the significance of detecting EBV antibodies of children＇s EBV relacted diseases.Methods EBV specific antibodies and the avidity of EBV were detected by indirect immunofluorescent assay in 120 EBV infected childrens.Result The most were haematological diseases in the 120 EBV infected patients.The others were cardiovascular disease,respiratory disease,digestive system disease etc.There existed mang types of EBV-apecific antibodies in the early patient.The positive rate of serum EBV-CA-IgM were 90.8%.EBV specific antibodies and the avidity of EBV were changed with time.Conclusion There was great diagnostic value in the EBV infected diseases by detecting four EBV specific antibodies and the avidity.It will be helpful for the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.
