智灵汤对老龄鼠痴呆模型作用的实验研究

摘　　要：选用22月龄SD大白鼠,采用双侧电解损毁脑基底核法制成痴呆模型,然后应用智灵汤进行实验治疗,对照观察痴呆鼠的学习记忆功能。治疗一个月后宰杀做脑M受体、血清酶及电镜下脑组织形态学变化。结果表明智灵汤能明显改善痴呆鼠的学习记忆功能;提高脑M受体数目和M受体的亲和力;降低血清中胆碱脂酶(CHE)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活性与过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,并能明显提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;脑组织的超微结构变化较未用药模型组明显好转。To explore the pharmacodynamic effects of Zhiling Decoction (ZLD) in modei of senile rat with de-mentia. Using 22 months SD rat, decoction model established by destroying basai ganglia. Using ZLD treated the decoction modei then observed the function of learning and memory in decoction models; ob-served the serum enzyme, M receptor of brain tissue and ultreastructure change of brain tissue in decoction models. ZLD could improve the function of learning and memory in decoction models, could de-crease the level of serum choline activity (CHE) , decrease the monoamine oxidize (MAO) significant-ly; increased the Ievel of serum SOD, increased the number and affinity of M receptor in brain. The ul-trastructure showed more improvement than the non - treatment group. ZLD could increase numbers of M receptor in the brain, clear free radicals, protect biomembrance, inhibit the formation of lipofuscin the brain, promote synthesis of protein and energy metabolism in the nerve cells, promote blood - supply in the brain.
