摘　　要：目的评价多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在诊断动脉瘤中的价值。方法分析经MSCTA检查诊断的58例动脉瘤患者的影像资料,采用多平面重组(MPR)、表面遮盖成像(SSD)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CM-PR)、容积再现(VR)、仿真内镜(VE)及导航技术(navigation)后处理方法。结果 58例患者中发现动脉瘤62个,其中肾动脉瘤6个,肝动脉瘤4个,脾动脉瘤3个,胸主动脉瘤12个,腹主动脉瘤7个,颅内动脉瘤30个。多种图像与轴位图像结合能清晰地显示动脉瘤的解剖细节及其与周围器官的空间关系。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像具有无创、快捷、安全、准确性高的特点,可作为动脉瘤首选而有效的检查方法,能够在动脉瘤的治疗方面提供足够的诊断信息。Objective To discuss the Value of Multi-slice CT angiography（MSCTA） in diagnosis of aneurysm.Methods 58 Patients with aneurysm were diagnosed by MSCTA,Reconstruction techniques included multiple planar reformation（MPR）,Surface Shaded display（SSD）,maximum intensity projection（MIP）,Curved multiplanar reconstrution（CMPR）,Volume rendering（VR）,Virtual endoscopy（VE） and navigation.Results 62 aneurysms were found in these 58 Patients,including 6 renal artery aneurysms,4 hepatic artery aneurysms,3 splenic artery aneurysms,12 thoracic aortic aneurysms,7 abdominal aortic aneurysms,30 intracranial aneurysms.The anatomical characters and the relationship between aneurysms and neithboring organs could be visualized clearly and directly by the reconstructed images combined with the original images.Conclusion Owing to its noninvasiveness,fast scanning speed,high safety aspects,and accuracy property,MSCTA could be used as the first and effective choice in diagnosing of aneurysm,and it can provide sufficient diagnostic information in the treatment of aneurysms.
