体位护理在高血压脑出血微创血肿清除术颅腔冲洗的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨体位护理在高血压脑出血微创血肿清除术后患者进行尿激酶颅腔冲洗中的应用价值。方法对62例高血压颅内出血患者采用微创颅内血肿清除术后使用尿激酶行颅腔冲洗,改变冲洗后及开放引流时的头部体位,加速尿激酶对血肿的溶解、液化,便于引流。结果完全恢复自理23例,部分生活自理30例,死亡5例,自动出院4例。结论微创血肿清除术后颅腔冲洗的体位护理,有利于血肿的溶解和引流。Objective To explore body position care in early minimally invasive hematoma removal surgery patients with cranial cavity flush urokinase.Methods 62 cases hypertension patients with intracranial bleeding minimally invasive intracranial haematoma removal surgery were treated with the urokinase line cranial cavity flush.Results There were 23 cases recovery,5 cases died and 4 cases automatic discharged.Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma removal surgery cranial cavity flush posture nursing is helpful for hematoma dissolution and drainage.
