羊栖菜水提取物及其复方食品对机体生长发育的影响

摘　　要：本文报道了羊栖菜水提取物及其复方制剂的促生长发育实验效果。在普通大鼠和小鼠基础饲料中分别加入羊栖菜水提取物０．８％和含１０％提取物的复方制剂４％，８％和１２％，饲喂母鼠和子鼠。发现羊栖菜水提取物及其复方制剂对促生长发育项目的胎子实验、生理发育指标、神经发育指标和体重增加都有一定促进作用。但复方制剂组较单纯羊栖菜提取物组效果要好，而且高剂量组好于低剂量组。说明羊栖菜水提取物在实验剂量下对受试动物小鼠和大既有一定的促生长发育作用，但由于其营养成分比较单一，不如复方制剂的效果明显。Extracting materials from Sargassum fusiforme and their prescription could improve the trial animal's growtn. Extracting materials and their prescription were added to the food of rat in 0. 8% (extracting materials) and 4 %, 8%, 12% (prescription). The mother rats and infant rats were feed with the foods. The amount of foetus, target of physiology, target of nerve growth and weight of rats were improved compared with the control. The best efficacy was prescription (P<0. 05, <0. 01 ), and extracting materials is general (P< 0. 05). It was verified that extracting materials from Sargassum fusiforme could improve the growth of trial trats, but it was not remarkblely effciency in improving the growth of trial rats compared with the prescription.
