摘　　要：作为建设区域性特大城市目标之一,合肥市应加强对农工民权利的保障。农民工权利的保障有其特点,即侧重于对农民工就业培训、医疗、子女教育等社会权的保障,而不是自由权的保障。农民工权利保障既是人权保障的需要,也是和谐社会建设的需要。在社会正义和平等理念下,构建农民工权利保障体系。To construct Hefei as a regional big city, the protection of peasant workers＇ rights should be strengthened. The protection has its own characteristics, with its focus on security right protection rather than on liberty protection. The protection of peasant workers＇ rights is not only the demand of human rights, but also that of constructing harmonious society. It is hold that a right guarantee system for peasant workers should be constructed in the light of social justice and equality.
