摘　　要：为解决20%甘露醇注射液低温下易结晶的问题,对其配制工艺进行优化。采用加入复合溶剂的方法,通过正交试验,对聚乙二醇含量、水浴温度及pH值三因素进行考察,观察溶液在5℃条件下5 d内的溶解状况,并测定甘露醇含量。To solve the difficulties of 20% mannitol injection easy to crystallize under low temperature and optimize the process of the preparation for mannitol injection.The method of compound solvent was used in this paper and the content of PEG,the water bath temperature and the pH were investigated by orthogonal experimental.The dissolve status of mannitol injection were observed at 5 ℃ for 5 days and the content of mannitol were determined.
