摘 要:在油气管道水平定向钻穿越工程中,在出入土端采用夯套管方式隔离不良地层是目前非开挖领域中常用的技术措施,而套管壁厚的选取和结构计算仍基于经验数据进行。通过分析套管与土的摩擦、套管端部阻力、套管所受弯曲应力等,结合给水、排水行业中的顶管方法和非开挖领域的工程施工实际情况,提出了套管夯入的极限长度公式,套管壁厚、套管环向应力、套管纵向应力的计算方法,以及套管的稳定性分析方法。某穿越夯套管工程的应用实践表明:理论计算数据与工程施工实际数据吻合,可为水平定向钻技术的应用和发展提供可靠的理论依据。Adopting the casing pounding technique to separate poor stratum is a common method in the field of current non-open excavation with horizontal directional drilling technology in oil/gas pipeline construction.However,the thickness and the structure computation for the casing are still based on empirical data.Considering the water and wastewater engineering industry in push pipe method and the field of non-open excavation,the limited length calculation formula for casing pounding-in,the method to calculate the casing thickness,the computation of hoop stress,the computation and stability analysis of longitudinal stress for the casing are presented based on the analysis results of the frictions between soil and casing,the end resistance of casing and the bending stress the casing subjected.The field application in a project showed that the theoretical computation and the field data were fitted well.It is considered that the computation results can provide a theoretical fundamental for the development and application regard to the horizontal directional drilling technique.
