摘 要:采用阳/非离子复配表面活性剂作乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过微乳液半连续法合成含氟丙烯酸酯三元共聚乳液HD-1,用红外光谱(IR)对其结果进行了表征。研究了HD-1与市售含氟拒水整理剂的乳液稳定性、粒径及其分布、拒水效果和有机硅改性聚氨酯与含氟拒水整理剂的复配应用性能。结果表明,相比进口防水剂,HD-1和国产防水剂的乳液稳定性还有一定的差距,但HD-1拒水效果效果要好;自制有机硅改性聚氨酯与HD-1的复配使用,使应用成本降低了15.5%,耐水压提高了25%。The fluorinated acrylate tercopolymer emulsion HD-1 was synthesized by cationic-nonionic emulsifier system via microemulsion semi-continuous method,with ammonium persulfate as the initiator,and characterized its structure by infrared spectroscopy(IR).The emulsion stability,particle size and its distribution and the water repellency were studied between HD-1 and the selled fluorinated water-repellent finishing agent,as well as the application performance of the organic silicone-polyurethane finishing agent contained fluoride.The result showed that there were differentials in the emulsion stability for the self-made and home-made water-repellents,compared with the imported water repellent,but the effect of HD-1 water repellent is better.The combined system reduced the costs about 15.5% and the resistance to water pressure improved 25%.
