摘　　要：目的：观察CO2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏和胸腺五肽预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法：选择149例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为3组，A组：单纯CO2激光治疗，B组：在A组基础上给予患处外涂5％咪喹莫特乳膏，C组：在B组基础上给予胸腺五肽肌注。结果：A组复发率54．2％，B组复发率30．8％，C组复发14.3％。A组和B组，B组和C组，A组和C组差异有显著性。结论：CO2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏和胸腺五肽预防尖锐湿疣复发效果较好。To observe the CO2 laser combined with imiquimod cream and thymopoietin （tp-5） on preventing reeurrenee of eandyloma acuminatum effect Methods： 149 cases of Condyloma Acuminatum Patients were randomly divided into three groups, A group： CO2 laser treatment alone, B group： in Group A given on the basis surface of the skin treated with imiquimod cretan 5%, C group： in Group B given on the basis Thymopentin intramuscularly. Results： A group recurrence rate of 54.2%, B group the recurrence rate of 30.8%, C group the recurrence rate of 14.3%. Group A and Group B, B and C, A and C the difference was significant. Conclusion： CO2 laser combined with imiquimcM creana and Thymopentin（ tp-5 ） on preventing recurrence of condyloma acuminatum effect is good.
