628例痰菌阳性初治肺结核X线影像分析

摘　　要：目的观察、评价和分析肺结核的临床X线影像特征。方法回顾我所628例痰菌阳性的初治肺结核病例临床资料及其X线影像。结果痰菌阳性初治肺结核病人病灶可侵犯两肺中的所有肺叶的全部肺段，X线表现呈多样性，包括渗出性、增殖性、十酪性、形成空洞、纤维化、钙化等。结论提高基层医疗单位的放射和临床医师对结核病的诊断水平，是结核病控制项目实施取得成效的有效保证。Objective Observe ,assess and analyze the clinical X-ray characteristics of TB. Method Reviewed the clinical data and X-ray images of 628 cases about the sputum-positive initial TB patients who were treated in our clinic .Results The lesions of the sputum-positive initial TB patients may invade all lung segments of all lobes in the two lungs, and the X-ray showed diversity, including exudative, proliferative, cheese, forming the cavity, fibrosis and calcification,etc.Conclusion Improving the levels of the basic medical units＇ radiologists and the clinicians＇ diagnosis for TB, is the guarantee for the success of the implementation of TB control project.
