摘　　要：目的：探讨肱骨髁部骨折的治疗方法。方法：先将16例患者按只}f肱骨髁间骨折的Riseborough分型，然后进行手术治疗。结果：骨折愈合时间为3－5个月，平均4个月。根据改良Cassebaum（1）肘关节功能评分系统评定：优12例，良2例，差2例，优良率87％。Objective： To investigate the humeral condylar fi＇acture treatment. Methods： the 16 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture of Riseborough classification, then operation treatment. Results： the fracture healing time was 3 - 5 months, mean 4 months. According to the modified Cassebanm scoring system in the elbow joint function evaluation： excellent in 12 cases, good in 2 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 87%.
