摘 要:以指甲花醌为原料合成3只四酮染料,在弱酸性沸染条件下对羊毛的染色织物,干或湿摩擦牢度大部分在4~5级以上,除皂洗变色牢度相对较差外,毛沾色牢度和棉沾色牢度均在4级以上;日晒牢度均在3级左右;染色羊毛织物的紫外线防护系数UPF最高可达174,长波紫外线透过率TUVA及中波紫外线透过率TUVB最低可分别达到1.41%及0.38%。通过荧光光谱证实,3只四酮染料具有吸收290~400nm波段紫外光、并将其转化为荧光的能力,为染料赋予羊毛织物显著的防紫外线性能提供了依据。On the condition of weak acid and over 95℃,wool fabrics were dyed with three tetrone dyes,which were synthesized by 2-hydroxyl-1,4-naphthoquinone.Dry and wet rubbing fastnesses of dyed wool fabrics were mostly above 4 ~ 5,except for poor discolor fastness to soap and light,the wool and cotton staining fastness were both above 4.The maximum ultraviolet protection factor(UPF) of dyed wool fabric was 174,and the minimum of TUVA and TUVB were respectively 1.41% and 0.38%.Confirmed by fluorescence spectra,the three tetrone dyes have abilities of absorbing 290 ~ 400 nm UV light and translating it into the fluorescence.It was concluded that synthetic dyes enable dyed wool fabrics with outstanding UV protection properties.
