新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群Tim-3基因rs6555849位点多态性与变应性鼻炎的关联性研究

摘  要:目的检测新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族人群Tim-3基因内含子区的单核苷酸多态性位点rs6555849的多态性特点及其与变应性鼻炎(AR)的关系。方法采用SNaPshot SNP分型技术,对新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族病例对照600例样本的Tim-3基因rs6555849位点的单核苷酸多态性进行分析,并计算其基因型和等位基因频率。结果 rs6555849位点在新疆人群中已达到遗传平衡。在维吾尔族、汉族人群中rs6555849位点基因型频率及等位基因频率在病例组与对照组之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族人群中Tim-3基因rs6555849位点在人群中具有群体代表性,其在新疆地区维吾尔族及汉族变应性鼻炎患者及正常人群中的分布无差异,与AR的易感性无关。OBJECTIVE This study aimed to investigate the relationship between a single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) rs6555849 in TIM-3 and allergic rhinitis(AR) in Xinjiang Uygur and Han populations as well as the characterization of polymorphisms.METHODS Using the SNaPshot SNP typing technique,Tim-3 gene locus rs6555849 single nucleotide polymorphism of case-control samples of 600 cases of Xinjiang Uighur and Hans was analyzed,and their gene type and alleomorph frequency was calculated.RESULTS Genetic equilibrium of Rs6555849 in Xinjiang population had reached.Either in the Uighur or the Han,the difference of these gene types layout and the allelomorph frequency between the case group and healthy group had no statistic meaning (P0.05).CONCLUSION The rs6555849 site in the Tim-3 gene had population representation in Xinjiang Uighur and Han populations.Their distribution between patients with AR and health adult had no significant difference.And there was no correlation between AR susceptibility and TIM-3 gene mononucleotide site rs6555849 of Uygur people and Han people in Xinjiang.
