摘 要:采用索氏提取法提取人参和西洋参中的脂溶性成分,并用GC-MS法分析鉴定人参和西洋参的脂溶性成分及其相对含量。结果共鉴定出41种脂溶性成分,主要为醇类、酯类及脂肪酸类化合物。人参和西洋参的脂溶性成分含量最高的均为(Z)-9-十七烯-4,6-二炔-8-醇,但在人参中甾醇类和脂肪酸类化合物含量明显高于西洋参。该方法快捷可靠,为人参和西洋参的鉴别及药理作用的研究提供重要的指标。The liposoluble constituents of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium were extracted by soxhlet extraction,and their constituents were determined by GC-MS.The aim was to determine Liposoluble Constituents and their relative content in Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium.The results showed that 41 compounds from Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium were identified.The major liposoluble constituents were made of alcohols,esters and fatty acid compounds.(Z)-9-Heptadecene-4,6-diyn-8-ol was the most content of the liposoluble constituents from Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium,but sterols and fatty acids in Panax ginseng were more than that in Panax quinquefolium.The method is rapid and reliable,it provide important indexes for identifying Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium and studying the pharmacological effects of them.
