摘 要:目的研究实施临床路径前后垂体瘤患者满意度变化,为完善垂体瘤临床路径管理、提高医疗质量提供决策参考。方法运用列联表分析、卡方检验和T检验等方法,分析实施临床路径前后垂体瘤患者满意度的差异。结果实施临床路径前后垂体瘤患者入院过程满意度不存在显著差异,而医疗环境设施、医疗服务、诊疗结果、医疗费用、知情同意满意度以及总体满意度均存在显著差异。结论实施临床路径提高了垂体瘤患者对医疗环境设施、医疗服务、诊疗结果、医疗费用、知情同意等满意度及患者整体满意度,但入院过程满意度并未显著提高;医疗机构应积极实施患者满意度战略,适时转变服务理念,推广临床路径管理。Objective Study the change of patient satisfaction with pituitary adenoma after implementation of clinical pathway in order to provide decision - making reference to improve the pathway and medical quality, and also to build a harmonious relation-ship between the doctors and patients. Method Use methods such as crosstabs, chi - square test and T test to analyze the difference between patient satisfaction before and after implementation of clinical pathway. Result No significant difference between admission process satisfaction, but significant difference between medical environment and facilities, medical services, treatment results, medical expenditure, informed consent and overall satisfaction before and after implementation of clinical pathway. Conclusion Except the dimension of satisfaction with the process of admission, the health care environment facilities, medical services, treatment results, medical expenses, informed consent before and after clinical pathway patient satisfaction,and the overall satisfaction of pitui- tary adenoma surgery has improved significantly after implementation of clinical pathways. Medical institutions should promote customer satisfaction strategy actively and change the concept of health care timely to promote clinical pathway management.
