摘 要:目的开发医院感染实时监控系统,实现住院病人实时监控,有效控制医院感染。方法以现有HIS、LIS、RIS和物资系统为基础,实现医院感染相关敏感数据的聚合,通过数据模型化处理,建立一个多维度的医院感染实时监测模型,实现全院病人实时监测和干预。结果实现了全覆盖主动监测预警和干预,优化了医院感染管理流程,促进了临床和医院感染管理的有效联动,提高了医院感染管理效率。结论该监控系统具有主动反应的特点,可自动分析医院感染疑似患者及易感因素,便于管理部门及时采取干预、诊断、治疗、预防和控制措施,从而提升医院感染管理质量内涵,值得临床借鉴推广。Objective To develop a hospital infection real - time monitoring system, to achieve the goal of real - time moni- toting and early warning among the inpatients, to effectively control hospital infection. Method By data aggregation techniques, we established a multi - dimensional and real - time monitoring model of hospital infection. The system could aggregate the sensi- tive data related to hospital infection from the mass of the HIS, LIS, RIS and material systems. Result Through the hospital infection real - time monitoring model, we could attain the target of real - time monitoring and early warning among the ihpatients, find the hospital infection cases automatically, effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy in the management of hospital infection. Conclusion Different from the traditional methods, the hospital infection real - time monitoring system could automatically lock the suspected eases of hospital infection and their risk factors by analyzing the mass of inpatient data. Then the management department could take emergency measures to intervene in, diagnose, treat, prevent, and control the hospital infection in the first time.
