震后基层医院护理人员科研意识现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解震后灾区基层医院护理人员科研意识状况,为对策制定提供参考。方法对绵阳市所属7个县市基层医院护理人员进行问卷调查。结果震后基层护理人员有较强的科研意识,但相关知识严重缺乏,有强烈的培训需求。结论对口支援应增加论文写作相关知识的培训;基层医院需积极引入高学历、高职称护理人才,优化人力资源配置,并积极开展继续教育和培训。Objective To understand the awareness of scientific research among nursing staff in primary hospitals after the earthquake, provide a reference for the development of countermeasures. Method The questionnaire survey was performed among nursing staff of primary hospitals in seven counties of Mianyang City. Result The nursing staff had strong primary care research awareness after the earthquake; however, a serious lack of knowledge existed, and there was a strong demand for training. Conclusion Thesis writing training and related knowledge should be increased; primary hospitals need to actively introduce highly educated and high- grade nursing staff, to optimize human resources allocation, and actively carry out continuing education and training.
