摘　　要：目的分析安徽某县农村2型糖尿病初诊患者的用药依从性及影响因素,为提高农村2型糖尿病患者用药依从性提供依据。方法通过随机抽样和现场调查法,对安徽省某县2型糖尿病初诊患者进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果接受调查的糖尿病患者用药依从性总体较低,仅为32.14%;用药依从率在不同性别间无显著性差异,在不同年龄、文化程度及药物治疗特征之间的差异有统计学意义。结论应提高农村门诊服务质量,倡导农村糖尿病合理药物治疗方案,提高用药依从性。Objective To analyze and evaluate the medication compliance of type 2 diabetic patients and investigate the influencing factors. Method We utilized the method of random sampling and field organization investigation to the questionnaire for type 2 diabetic patients in the County of Anhui Province. Result The medication compliance of the newly type 2 diabetic patients was low at 32.14% ; there had no difference in genders and had difference in different age groups, standard of culture and character of pharmacotherapy. Conclusion Through improvement of the quality of service in clinic, paying attention to diabetic patients medication compliance of older age and lower standard of culture, advising the right medicine therapeutic schedule, the medication compliance and health quality of rural diabetes patients can be improved.
