摘　　要：在大学生中发展党员工作是高校党建工作的一项重要任务。武汉科技大学理学院党委把握党员发展工作的理论背景,认清当前大学生党员发展现状,分析学生党员发展过程中入党材料所存在的问题,采取"三个加强,一个完善"的措施加以针对性解决,有力地促进了高校学生党员的发展工作,进一步提高了党建科学化水平。The work of development of Party members among college students is a significant task of the work of college Party construction.The party committee of College of Science of Wuhan University of Science and Technology grasps the theoretical background of the work of development of Party members,defines clearly current situation of development of student Party members,finds out the problems existing in the process of development of student Party members,and take the measure of ＂Three Reinforcement and One Improvement＂ to solve these problems.All these have greatly stimulated the work of development of college student Party members and further improved the scientific level of Party construction.
