摘　　要：加强学习是党的建设的永恒主题。面对新形势新任务,我党提出建设学习型政党的思想,并从学习内容、学习任务、学习目标及途径等方面进行了详细阐述。这不仅丰富和发展了马克思主义党建理论,而且在实践中推动了马克思主义的中国化、时代化和大众化。Enhancing learning is an eternal theme in the process of building party. Facing new situations and new tasks, our party has brought up the thought of building a learning - type party and explained the thought from such aspects as its content, task, goal and the learning way in detail. This thought not only enriches and develops Marxist theory of party building, but push the process of Marxist localization in China, stimulate its development with time and increase its popularity among the mass in practice.
