摘　　要：新闻舆论工作在影响社会舆论方面具有重大作用。壮大主流舆论,提高舆论引导的及时性、权威性和公信力、影响力,是事关党执政能力的一个重大课题。加强和改进新闻舆论工作,是全面贯彻"二为"方向和"双百"方针,创作生产更好更多精神文化产品,为人民提供更好更多的精神食粮的重要任务之一。正确认识与准确把握新媒体环境下新闻舆论工作的新使命和新要求,研究解决加强和改进新闻舆论工作的重点难点问题,有利于加强和改进新闻舆论工作的途径。Media opinions have a great influence upon the social opinions. So it is an important issue for the Party in power to strengthen the influence of the mainstream media opinions and enhance the promptness, authority, credibility and effects of the media opinions in guiding mass opinions. And it is one of the important missions to strengthen and improve journalism for completely implementing the policies of ＂2 -service＂ and ＂ double -hundred＂ to produce more and better spiritual and cultural products to satisfy the people＇s demands. The following are some beneficial ways for strengthening and improving journalism to understand the new missions and demands correctly and accurately in the new media environment and to study the important and difficult issues in the process.
