摘　　要：医患关系主要是指医务人员在诊断、治疗和护理过程中与患者所建立的一种特殊的人际关系。如何寻求建立和谐的医患关系,加强医患沟通,缓解医患矛盾,是医院和医务人员面对的社会热点问题。文章探讨分析医患矛盾产生的5种相关因素,并结合实际工作,提出了构建和谐医患关系的基本思路及相应有效措施。The doctor-patient relationship is a special relationship between the medical staff and patient in the process of diagnosis,treatment and care.How to find a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,strengthen communication of doctor-patient and relieve the contradiction between doctors and patients,are hot topics of society which needs hospitals and medical staff to face.The paper discusses 5 factors produced by the contradiction between doctor and patient.With the practical work of medical,the idea of building a harmonious relationship of doctor-patient and the corresponding effective measures are proposed.
