摘　　要：电渣熔铸曲轴一步整体成型工艺中，涉及到金属电极（ 亦称自耗电极） 的进给控制－ 结合电渣熔铸曲轴一步整体成型机的开发，提出一种自耗电极协调进给的控制方案。In process of uniform step extrusion for eletroslag casting of crankshaft, feeding control of metal eletrode(consumable electrode) is involved.Research based on machine of uniform step extrusion for electroslag casting of crankshaft,the control scheme of coordinated control of consumable electrode is proposed.The realized scheme of coordinated control system of consumable electrode is described using programming logic controller (PLC) as main controller.
