摘　　要：Java卡在第三代移动通信技术中有着广泛应用,同时基于Java卡的相关增值业务也在不断增加,在此背景下,提出了一套基于MVC模式的增值业务管理平台。首先简述MVC、Struts、Hibernate等相关技术的特点,然后分析了基于这些技术的系统架构和功能。MVC模式将Web系统分为数据层、表示层和逻辑控制层,Struts框架用于Web应用的表示层和控制层,Hibernate框架完成了对象和关系之间的映射,从而实现了业务层和数据库层之间的分离。该系统平台通过整合应用这些成熟的技术框架,大大降低了组件之间的耦合,有利于提高代码的重用性和软件的开发效率。Java card is widely used in the 3G , and at the same time, there is a highly rise in the service based on the Java card. For that,the management system based on MVC pattern is put forward. Firstly the related character about MVC,Struts,Hibernate is described, then the system structure and function is analysed. The MVC pattern separates the system into model part, view part and controller part, the Struts framework is used in the expression level and controller level realization of Web application, simultaneously the mapping between the object and the relation is completed based on Hibernate framework to realize the separation between the service level and database level. The integration of these technology frameworks reduces largely coupling among components and greatly improves repeat capability and efficiency of developing software.
