摘 要:基于传统的自由轴式RLC测量仪因采用模拟鉴相或准数字鉴相,导致测量精度低、速度慢的问题,提出了由DDS信号寻址正弦数据表,获得正交基准相位信号。通过算法对被测信号及基准相位信号进行完全数字鉴相,获得被测信号在正交坐标轴上的投影值。依据投影值计算出被测参数,应用ARM核微控制器及FPGA设计了测量电路。依据误差性质的不同,采用了3种校正方法。实验结果表明,测量误差小于0.05%,测量时间小于25ms。这种方法比传统的自由轴式RLC测量方法精度高、速度快。Traditional free-axes RLC tester uses analog or quasi-digital phase discrimination,which results in low precision and slow speed in measurement.A new RLC measurement method was proposed.Firstly,the orthogonal reference phase signal was obtained by searching sine datasheet through DDS signal.Secondly,a complete digital phase discrimination for the measured signal and the reference phase signal was realized by applying an algorithm,and projection values on the orthogonal axes of the measured signal were got.Finally,the measured parameters were calculated based on the projection values.In addition,a measurement circuits was designed based on ARM core MCU and FPGA.And three correction ways were applied respectively according to the property of the measurement error.Experiments results show that the measurement error is less than 0.05%,and the measurement cycle is shorter than 25ms.The proposed method is faster and more precise than the traditional one.
