转基因抗虫棉与抗逆有关的生理特性

摘  要:为了确定转基因抗虫棉与常规棉生理生化特性的差异,分别对转Bt基因抗虫棉鲁棉研17和新棉33B以及常规棉品种DGL99102和中棉所12号的幼苗期的POD活性、SOD活性、蛋白质含量、游离氨基酸含量、MDA含量、光合色素含量进行比较分析。结果表明:转基因抗虫棉在同样生长条件下其POD和SOD活性均高于常规棉,并且其MDA含量低于常规棉,蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量均高于常规棉,转基因抗虫棉清除活性氧自由基的能力和代谢活跃性均高于常规棉,但其光合色素含量与常规棉间的影响规律不明显。The differences of physiological characteristics between Bt-cotton and non-Bt cotton were determined in this study.The seedlings of 4 varieties,Lumianyan 17,DGL 99102,Zhongmiansuo 12 and Xinmian 33B,were used to investigate the activities of POD and SOD,the contents of protein,amino acid,MDA and photosynthetic pigment.The results showed that the activities of POD,SOD,contents of protein and amino acid in Bt-cotton were significantly higher than those in non-Bt cotton,while it got the opposite effect in the content of MDA.Therefore,the capability of eliminating free radical of active oxygen of Bt-cotton was better than that of the non-Bt cotton.However,the diversity of photosynthetic pigment content had no regular pattern.The capability of osmoregulatory of the Bt-cotton was higher than that of non-Bt cotton.
