摘 要:磷石膏预处理工艺对制备出性能优良的硫酸钙晶须起关键作用。本文系统地研究了水洗、石灰中和、球磨、浮选、筛分、水洗球磨、石灰中和球磨等预处理工艺对硫酸钙晶须性能的影响,分析了不同预处理工艺的效果、存在的问题及其可行性。结果表明:磷石膏中可溶性P2O5和F对硫酸钙晶须性能影响较大,磷石膏经过预处理后,制备的硫酸钙晶须形貌较规则,表面较光滑,其中水洗球磨预处理效果最好,其次是水洗与石灰中和球磨,最差的是球磨。The pretreatment technology of phosphogypsum is critical in preparation of calcium sulfate whisker.The effects of pretreatment technologies such as washing,neutralizing with lime,ball milling,floatation,screening,ball milling with washing,ball milling with lime neutralizing and others on the performance of calcium sulfate whisker are studied systematically.The effectiveness,problems and feasibility of pretreatment technology are discussed.The results show that the most influencing factors on the performance of calcium sulfate whisker are water-soluble P2O5 and F in phosphogypsum.After phosphogypsum was pretreated,the calcium sulfate whiskers have a regular morphology and a glossy surface.The pretreatment effect of ball milling with washing gives the best effects;the next is the one of ball milling with lime neutralizing and the worst is the one of ball grinding.
