摘　　要：回顾了15年来我国企业竞争情报系统模型理论研究概况及其建设、运用的探索与困境;创立了多理论渗透,多方法并用的复合企业竞争情报系统(CCIS)模型;描述了基于外包给图书情报机构的企业竞争情报搜集子系统、基于分工合作的企业竞争情报分析子系统和基于区别服务的企业竞争情报服务子系统结构和工作流程;给出了CCIS的组织结构和管理结构框架。The article reviews the research progress of the enterprise competitive intelligence system（ECIS） in our country in the late 15 years.It establishes the compound enterprise competitive intelligence system（CCIS） which infiltrates many theories,applies many methods.It describes the ECI collection subsystem of libraries and information agencies which is based on outsourcing,the ECI analysis subsystem which is based on job sharing,the ECI service subsystem which is based on differentiated services,and its workflow.It also gives the frame of organizational structure and management structure.
