摘　　要：我国农村住宅建设技术创新体系的构建实施,对提高农村住宅建设技术的整体水平,提升住宅的功能与质量,改善农民的居住生活条件具有十分重要的作用。提出了农村住宅建设技术创新体系的定义和目的,构建了农村住宅建设技术创新体系,并从法律、组织、资金、人才等方面提出了推进农村住宅建设技术创新实施的政策建议。The construction and implementation of the innovation system of the Rural House construction technology in China play an important role in increasing the whole level of Rural House Construction Technology,upgrading the functions and qualities of building,improving the housing and living conditions.This paper presents the definition and purpose of innovation system of Rural House Construction Technology,builds the innovation system of Rural House Construction Technology,and proposes the policy recommendations of promoting the implementation of the innovation system of Rural House Construction Technology.
