摘　　要：针对低碳行为影响因素的评价问题,运用SPSS和LISREL等软件分析零售商低碳行为影响因素的构成,建立零售商低碳行为评价指标体系,并采用结构方程模型的方法对指标体系进行综合评价,最终,完成模型的假设、检验与修正,运行出低碳行为影响因素的路径图,从而得出影响零售商低碳行为因素的评价结果。通过该方法评价零售商低碳行为影响因素,能够找出制约其发展的关键因素。The study of low-carbon behavior influence factors is still at an exploratory stage.Therefore,SPSS and LISREL software were used to analysis the composition of retailers＇ low-carbon behavior influence factors.The assessment index system of low-carbon behavior was established and the structure equation model was selected for its comprehensive appraisal.Finally,model assumption,inspection and correction were realized and path diagram of influence factors was run out.The result shows that the assessment of low-carbon behavior influence factors by this method helps retailers find the key constraints to further adopt corresponding measures.
