摘　　要：下腰部手术失败综合征(FBSS)是椎板切除术后硬脊膜周围瘢痕与神经根外膜或硬脊膜形成粘连、产生机械性压迫所致。FBSS的发生与患者手术前全身机能状态,局部病变状况,手术中操作损伤的程度,术后治疗、护理、康复锻炼等相关。如何防止椎板切除术后瘢痕粘连已成为脊柱外科领域亟待解决的难题之一。现就其预防研究进展予以综述。The failed back surgery syndrome（FBSS）is caused by the scar around the dura mater after laminectomy when the scar adhering to the nerve of epicardial or dura mater generating oppression.The occurrence of FBBS was in relation to patient′s energy condition before operation,local condition of pathological changes,extent of damage in operation,treatment after operation,nursing,and rehabilitation exercise,etc..How to prevent the scar around the dura mater after laminectomy is one of the urgent problems to be solved.Here is to summarize the research progresses of the prevention.
