摘　　要：白癜风是常见的易诊而难治的色素障碍性皮肤病,近年来随着新技术及新方法,如紫外线光疗,尤其是窄谱中波紫外线光疗的应用,取得了很好的临床疗效,使得白癜风的治疗有了很大的进步。治疗机制可能与其较强的穿透性、抑制免疫系统作用及调节各种细胞因子和炎性介质的平衡有关。现对紫外线概况及在白癜风治疗中的作用进行综述。Vitiligo is a common pigments skin disorder with easy diagnosis but challenging treatments.Recently,with application of new technologies and approaches,such as ultraviolet phototherapy,especially the narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB),which has been reported to have good clinical effects,great progess in seen in the treatment of vitiligo.The mechanism of the therapy may be related to its deep penetrability,the inhibition of immunity,and the regulation of the balance of various cytokines and inflammatory mediators.Here is to make a brief review of the ultraviolet and its function in the vitiligo treatment.
