摘　　要：目的评价三氧(O3)和10%高渗盐水盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法选取156例腰椎间盘突出患者,采用CT定位,腰椎间盘注入O3 10～40 mL后加注10%高渗盐水1.5～2.5 mL。观察O3在盘内的分布状态。结果临床试验共156例,按照MacNab标准分级最终疗效,显效125例,有效26例,无效5例,合计有效数为151例,有效率为96.8%,术后无并发症发生。结论 O3配合高渗盐水椎间盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效、微创、安全。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by intradiscal injection of O3 combined with 10% hypertonic saline solution.Methods 156 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected,after CT localization,1.5-2.5 mL 10% hypertonic saline solution were injected into the lumbar intervertebral disc in addition to the injection of 10-40 mL O3.O3 distribution state in the disc was observed.Results The therapeutic effects of the total 156 cases showed that,according to MacNab criteria for grading the final effect,125 cases had excellent recovery,26 cases had significant relief of symptoms,and 5 cases got failure in treatment.The totality of cases with effects adds up to 151 and the effective rate is 97%.No complications occurred after the operation.Conclusion Intradiscal injection of O3 combined with hypertonic saline solution is an effective,minimally invasive and safe method for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
