摘 要:抗疲劳研究是当下研究的热点。本文结合目前抗疲劳研究中最常使用的方法:游泳实验(weight-loaded swimmingtest or forced swim test)、旋转棒实验(rotarod test)以及各种生化指标如血乳酸、血尿素氮、肌糖元、肝糖原等含量的测定,总结目前抗疲劳物质活性组分的基本作用机制,对已知抗疲劳物质的药理作用有新的认识,同时对新的抗疲劳物质的发现有一定的指导作用。Research on the anti-fatigue effect is one of the most potential studies in these recent years.This article deliberately analyses the four main reasons resulting in mobile fatigue,supported by numerous of literatures materials.These literatures mainly combine the popular methods including weight-loaded swimming test or forced swim test,and rotarod test,with the detection of biochemical parameters,such as the concentrations of serum lactic acid,blood urea nitrogen,hepatic glycogen and the activity of SOD,etc..Therefore,the basic mechanisms of the active components with anti-fatigue effect have been preliminary studied.This article is anticipated to gain a thorough understanding of the known-well anti-fatigue medicines,and to provide referential evidences for finding new anti-fatigue substances at the same time.
