摘　　要：立足于防汛工作实际需求,提出了基于Web 3D防汛信息服务系统的构建技术,并利用这些技术研发了辽宁省防汛信息服务系统。系统试运行结果表明,上述技术先进实用,为防汛工作提供了信息服务和技术支撑。Based on actual demand of flood control, this paper proposes Web 3-D technology of flood control information service sys tern. And flood control information service system of Liaoning province is established by using the above-mentioned technology. Sys tern test results indicate that the technology is advanced and practical, applying services and technical support for flood control work.
