摘 要:目的研究华丽芒毛苣苔(Aeschynanthus superbus Clarke)的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱法分离,运用多种波谱技术鉴定结构。结果从华丽芒毛苣苔甲醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1),羽扇豆醇(2),carissol(3),3-hydroxy-20(29)-lupen-28-oic acid(4),3β-hydroxy-5,12-oleanadien-28-oic-acid(5),芹菜素(6),5,7,4'-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(7),熊果酸(8)和β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1~9为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中2~7为首次从该科植物中得到,8~9为首次从该属中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Aeschynanthus superbu~ Clarke. METHODS Column chroma- tographic techniques were applied to isolate the constituents. El-MS and NMR were used to identify the structures of the separated compounds. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from the methyl hydroxide extract of A. superbus, whose structures were elucidated as fl-sitosterol( 1 ) , lupeol(2) , carissol ( 3 ), 3fl-hydroxy-20 ( 29 ) -lupen-28-oic acid (4), 3-hydroxy-5,12-oleanadien-28-oic-acid (5), apigenin(6) , 5,7,4-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone(7), ursolic acid( 8 ) and β-daucosterol(9 ). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 -9 are isolated for tile first time from this plant. Compounds 2 -7 are isolated for the first time from Gesneriaceae, and compounds 8 -9 are isolated for tile first time from the Aeschynanthus.
