摘 要:为获得通用性较好的预测锅炉NOx排放浓度的经验关系式,以某电厂1台330 MW机组锅炉为研究对象,基于锅炉在线运行参数和NOx排放浓度测量值,采用多元线性回归方法,对锅炉NOx排放浓度与主要运行参数之间的相关性进行分析。研究结果表明,机组负荷、锅炉运行氧量、各层燃烧器热负荷对NOx排放浓度的作用均非常显著,它们是NOx排放浓度的主要影响因素。根据研究结果建立了预测锅炉NOx排放浓度的经验关系式,NOx排放浓度预测值与实测值的偏差大多在10%范围内,结果良好,表明基于在线运行参数预测锅炉NOx排放浓度的经验关系式具有工程应用价值。For obtaining better empirical correlation for predicting boiler NOx emission concentration, based on on-line operation data and the measurements of NO, emission concentration from the boiler, by using multi-variable linear regression method, the correlations between NOx emission concentration and the main operational paranleters of in a 300 MW boiler were analyzed. The reseanch results show thal the effects of unit load, oxygen content and burners heat load on the NOx emission concentration were very remarkable, which were the main reasons affected the NOx emission concentration. The empirical correlation for predicting boiler NOx emission concentration was established. The difference between the predicted NOx emission concentrations and the measured values was mostly within the range of 10%. The results show that the empirical correlation for predicting boiler NOx emission concentration has a promising future in NO, combustion optimal control.
