会阴切口3种缝合方法的对比与分析

摘　　要：目的对3种会阴切口缝合方法进行比较与分析,探讨一种更合适的缝合方法。方法随机将3123例产妇分成观察组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组。分别采取分层连续法、传统法和分层间断+皮内连续缝合法3种方法缝合会阴切口。结果与对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组比较,观察组产妇伤口愈合率和术后性生活满意度高,线结反应低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合成线分层连续缝合会阴切口,疼痛轻,无线结反应,恢复快,线状愈合,美观,不用拆线,住院时间短,产后性生活满意度高,更适合用于会阴切口的缝合。Objective Perineal incision on three methods of comparison and analysis,to explore a more appropriate suture methods. Methods Make to 3 123 samles by randomly divided into observation group mothers and control group 1 and the control group 2 Were stratified continuous method,the traditional method and the hierarchical intermittent added intradermal continuous suture sutured perineal incision three methods. Results Compared with control group I and the control group compared to observe the group rate of wound healing and postoperative maternal sexual satisfaction was high,low knot reaction,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Synthetic line layered continuous suture perineal incision,pain,wireless node response,quick recovery,linear healing,beautiful,no stitches,shorter hospital stay,postpartum sexual satisfaction is high, more suitable for suturing perineal inc, ision .
