摘 要:研究新疆一枝蒿多糖的体外抗氧化作用。采用分光光度法测定新疆一枝蒿多糖的还原力、羟自由基(·OH)、超氧负离子(O2-·)和1,1-二苯基-2苦苯肼自由基(DPPH·)的清除率。结果表明:在新疆一枝蒿多糖浓度为0.75mg/mL时总还原能力与Vc相当;而在β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸体系中新疆一枝蒿多糖的还原力强于Vc。新疆一枝蒿多糖清除羟基自由基、超氧负离子和DPPH·的EC50分别为7.73、1.57、0.09mg/mL。表明新疆一枝蒿多糖能够清除自由基,具有一定的抗氧化及防衰老作用。The antioxidant activity in vitro of Artemisia rupestris L.polysaccharides was studied.The reduction,the efficiency of scavenging the hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical,DPPH free radical of Artemisia rupestris L.polysaccharides was examined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that when the concentration of polysacchande is 0.75 mg/mL,the reductive capability of Artemisia rupestris L polysaccharides and Vc have equivalent effects,the reductive capability of Artemisia rupestris L.polysaccharide in β-carotene/linoleic acid system is stronger than Vc,EC50 of polysaccarides to ·OH,O2-· and DPPH· were 7.73 mg/mL,1.57 mg/mL and 0.09 mg/mL respectively.Therefore,Artemisia rupestris L.polysaccharides had a good role in anti-oxidation and anti-aging and had a great potential for development of anti-oxidation and anti-aging food.
