摘　　要：目的分析笔者所在医院年中药注射剂使用情况。方法收集笔者所在医院2008～2010年中药注射剂的使用资料,采用金额排序及用药频度分析法对中药注射剂的使用情况进行统计分析。结果 2008～2010年中药注射剂用药金额逐年增加,年增长率分别为28.44%和10.32%。心脑血管用药和抗肿瘤用药金额和排序均分列前2位。结论中药注射剂使用量增长较快,使用时应注意合理用药。Objective To analyze the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital. Methods The tradilional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital during 2008-2010 were given a statistical analysis in respect of consumption sum and DDDs. Results The consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was increased year by year with annual incremental rates of 28.44% and 10.32% respectively. The traditional Chinese medicine injections of cardiocerebral vascular and anti-tumor steadily dominated the first and second places respectively in terms of consumption sum and DDDs over the 3 years. Conclusion The usage of the traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital was inc, reascd quicly over the 3 yease. Rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections should he alerted.
