摘  要:综合考虑水文水生态、水体污染的来源等方面因素,对影响百渎港入太湖断面水质的区域进行了控制单元划分,通过控制单元内、外污染源对百渎港断面水质超标贡献率的计算,验证划分结果是否合理.在太湖流域大网格水环境数学模型基础上建立了研究区域水量水质套网格数学模型,并根据设计水文条件和边界水质,建立控制断面水质与其上游的概化排污口污染源之间的响应关系,通过响应关系计算得出断面水质达标时各概化排污口的削减量.计算结果表明:控制单元内污染源对入湖断面污染负荷的贡献率占65.1%~78.4%,控制单元划分结果合理;为保证百渎港断面水质达标,控制单元内各概化排污口COD需要削减22%~66%,氨氮需要削减66%~80%,总磷需要削减55%~76%.With comprehensive consideration of the hydrological and ecological factors,the source of water pollution,and other factors,a study was made of the control unit division of the region that affects the water quality at the section of the Baidu Port.The rationality of the division was verified through calculation of the section's water quality standard-exceeding contribution rate for internal and external pollution sources of the control unit.Based on a large grid model of the Taihu Basin,a water quantity and quality set-of-net model of the study area was established.According to the designed hydrological conditions and boundary water quality,the corresponding relationship between the water quality at the control section and the pollution sources of the generalized drain outlet upstream was built,based on which the allowable discharge capacity of each generalized drain outlet when the water at the control section reached the quality standards was calculated.The results show that the section's water quality standard-exceeding contribution rate for the pollution sources of the control unit ranged from 65.1% to 78.4%,meaning that the division of the control unit is reasonable.To ensure that the water quality at the control section of the Baidu Port reaches the standards,for each generalized drain outlet the COD needs to be reduced by 22% to 66%,NH3-N needs to be reduced by 66% to 80%,and TP needs to be reduced by 55% to 76%.
