摘　　要：自2008年华尔街金融危机以来，全球经济一直没有出现根本性的好转，全球危机至今仍在持续，并不断向深度演化：欧债危机频频发作，中国出现大规模的温州老板跑路现象，美国的“占领华尔街”运动不断蔓延，中东北非的政治动乱、军事冲突不已——全球危机已经由金融、经济领域向社会政治领域扩散。Since the global financial crisis in 2008, the global economy has not improved fundamentally. The global crisis is still continued, and gradually evoluted to deeper formations: European debt crisis is still break out occasionally,China appeared the phenomenon of large-scale wenzhou bosses running away to escape usury, America outbroke 'Occupy Wall Street' movement and is still spreading, and the political upheavals and military conflicts in the Middle East and north Africa is still unceasingly——All of these definitely tell us that the global crisis is already spread from financial and economical fields to the social and political fields. Do this series of crisises have an essential relationship behind? How China takes precautionary measures in the future? To this, we took a special interview with Shen Hanyao who is the president of Shanghai Warton Economic Research Institute. Facing the interview, Dr. Shen systematically stated his views from two aspects——That is, 'economic development must prevent putting the cart before the horse', and 'Chinese financial development should base on its ownself, don't improperly belittle herself '.He also pointed out: the main problem of China's current financial development is losing the overall strategic direction. Because of this, our financial development has been blindly following foreign developed countries for a long time. Also, he emphsized that China has reformed and opened up for decades, it is time we have the ability to distinguish what things are need to be introduced, what things are need to insist on our own.
