摘　　要：国家最高科学技术奖获得者是科技领军人才的杰出代表。他们具有共同的特征:从科学影响上,均做出开创性的科学贡献;从出生地域上,主要集中在东部沿海,从出生家庭上,大多出身良好家学渊源;从科研时间上,时间跨度大,终身超常的勤奋;从求学经历上,求学名校师从名师,大多有海外留学经历;从个人品质上,具有把国家需求作为科研动力的爱国主义精神,甘为人梯奖掖后学的无私奉献精神。the winners of the state science and technology awards are the outstanding representatives of the leaders of science and technology, who have the same features. They have the great scientific influence for the original scientific contribution. They were born mainly in the eastern coastal areas, they were deeply influenced by the scholarly family; they are all diligent all the life and have a big time span for science and tech- nology study. Most of them have the overseas study experience, they have the patriotism looking national needs as motivation to study and the spirit of utter devotion to help the young scientists.
