天钩降压胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠血压的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察天钩降压胶囊的药效作用。方法:13～14周龄SPF级SHR大鼠,按血压及体重随机分为模型对照组、天钩降压胶囊低、中、高剂量组(给药剂量按生药计分别为5.4,10.8,21.6 g.kg-1)、阳性对照药卡托普利组(0.03 g.kg-1)。每天灌胃给药1次,持续4周。监测清醒动物血压、心率、心室指数、尿量及血液中肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素II(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)含量。结果:天钩降压胶囊低、中、高剂量组能显著降低SHR大鼠收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压(P<0.05或P<0.01),低、中剂量组能减慢SHR大鼠心率(P<0.01),低剂量组可有效抑制左心室指数(P<0.05)。天钩降压胶囊对SHR大鼠RRAS活性和排尿量无明显影响。结论:天钩降压胶囊可显著降低SHR大鼠血压,其作用与减慢心率、抑制心室指数有关,与RAAS系统及利尿作用无关。Objective： To investigate the effects of Tiangou Jiangya capsule on blood pressure of spontaneous hypertensive rats. Method： The 13-14 week SPF rats were selected and randomly divided into model groups, the low, middle, high dose of Tiangou Jiangya capsule groups, positive control group administrated with captopril. Drugs were intragastric administrated once per day, lasting four weeks. The blood pressure, heart rate, heart ventricle indexes, urinary volume and the level of PRA,angiotensing Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ）,aldosterone（ALD） of rats were observed. Result： The low, middle, high dose of Tiangou Jiangya capsule can remarkably reduce the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure of spontaneous hypertensive rats （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The low, middle dose can reduce the heart rate of rats （P〈0.01）. The low dose can effectively inhibit the left ventricle indexes （P〈0.05）. The Tiangou Jiangya capsule has no markedly effects on the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system （RAAS） activity and urinary output of rats. Conclusion： The results indicate that the Tiangou Jiangya capsule has evident effect of lowering blood pressure of rats, which is related to reducing heart rate, heart ventricle indexes, and has no effect on the RAAS and diuresis.
