摘　　要：培训效果评估是社区卫生服务人员培训的重要环节,是对社区卫生服务人员培训是否达到预期目标以及培训质量和价值进行确定的过程。文章从目的、原则、方法、方案设计、实施程序五个方面来阐述社区卫生服务人员培训效果评估相关问题,以期为我国社区卫生服务人员培训效果评估提供有益的借鉴。Evaluation of the effect is an important link in training program on community health services professionals, which is a process of assessing the quality and value of training program. The problems relating to evaluation of the effect were analyzed from five aspects as objective, principle, method, scheme design and implementation procedure, which can provide refer- ence for evaluating the effect of training program on community health services professionals.
