摘　　要：目的:分析我国现行的几种乡村医生养老保障模式,为相关卫生决策提供政策建议。方法:总结并分析各地为乡村医生提供的养老保障模式。结果:各模式普遍存在缴费水平偏低、筹资力度不大、保障水平不高等问题,并且保障水平没有随物价水平相应提高。结论:必须明确政府投入力度,可根据不同地区经济条件和乡村医生的不同需求实行分类施保。Objective： To analyze existing social security models for rural doctors, and to provide suggestions for health poli- cy decision makers. Method： Summarize and analyze several social security models for rural doctors. Results ： The common problems are low level of financing and accordingly low level of compensation, which is not raised as the CPI ascends. Conclusion ： Government investment is important in financing. Different social security plans can be provided according to economic situation of different districts and different demands of rural doctors.
