摘  要:推导了衍射光学元件的温度特性和色散方程,分析了折/衍混合光学系统消热差、消色差可能性。设计了单片式红外中波温度自适应光学系统,系统仅含有一片硒化锌透镜,焦距f=50 mm,F数4,配合中波制冷红外焦平面探测器,冷光阑效率达到100%,系统结构简单,重量轻,体积小。用光学设计软件ZEMAX进行像质评价,在-40℃~60℃范围内调制传递函数、弥散斑、色差焦点漂移完全符合温度自适应光学系统要求。The temperature property and dispersion equation of diffractive optical elements(DOE) are deduced, the athermalization and achromatic aberration of refractive/diffractive hybrid optical system are analyzed. A single IR mid-wave athermal optical system is designed, which has only one ZnSe lens, and the focal length is 50 ram, F number is 4, the system is designed according to the IR mid-wave cooled focal plane array(FPA) detector, the cold shield efficiency is 100%. The system has advantages of compact structure, light weight and small size. The image quality is evaluated with optical design software ZEMAX, the results indicate that the athermal optical system is satisfied with MTF, RMS and chromatic focal shift in a range from --40℃ to 60℃.
