摘  要:根据双捻机的工艺过程中对过捻扭转力的控制要求,确定了采用模糊PID闭环控制系统来实现恒扭转的控制。较为详尽地说明了模糊PID控制在过捻恒扭转控制中的运用,模糊PID控制系统的设计,利用MATLAB仿真优化模糊控制规则,阐述了用S7-200PLC程序实现该算法的步骤。设计的系统具有结构简单、运行可靠、自动化程度高、操作维护方便等优点。经企业实际生产运行验证,设备性能稳定,捻制的钢帘线残余扭转应力小,张力符合标准,给企业带来了较高的经济效益。It could twist the steel cord into different types of strand according to certain twist direction and speed. The paper adopts fuzzy PID closed-loop control system to achieve the constant-tension in accordance with the control demands on over-twisting during the technology of production requirements for double twisting strander. This paper illustrates thoroughly the system design and application of fuzzy PID in controlling over-twisting ~ and the procedures of fuzzy PID control algorithm by S7 - 200PLC with MATLAB simulating and adjusting the rules. The system designed turns out to be simple in structure, steady in running, convenient in operation and has high degree of automation. By means of actual production, the enterprise benefits a lot from the stable and reliable devices in which the residual torsion stress is small after the over-lay procedure as well as the tension measures up.
