摘　　要：针对实际生产需要,通过对工艺流程的分析,设计了采用PLC控制的全自动产品磁性能检测装置,给出了控制系统硬件组成和软件流程图。实践应用表明,装置性能稳定、可靠,操作方便,极大节省人手,提高了产品的检测质量与效率,降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益。In this paper, according to the needs of actual production, designed the automatic product＇s magnetic properties detection device based PLC by analyzed the art chart, and gave the control system hardware and software flow chart. Application shows that the performance of the device is stable, reliable, easy to use, have saved the manpower greatly, improved product quality and efficiency, reduced production costs, improved the economic efficiency of enterprises.
